The trend towards the hybrid working week has seen many organisations move towards cloud hosted data services including the Microsoft 365 platform which has many flavours to suit all sizes of companies. There are others though and we’ve worked with Google (Docs) Dropbox, Jungle Drive and Egnyte to name a few. Whilst we do generally see the benefits of Microsoft 365 in terms of amalgamation and cost we can support a wide variety of data platforms. In any case there is always a need to balance authentication of access and backups with design and function for staff and management. Easily said but not always easily managed especially when inheriting a potentially inefficient build by a previous contractor.
