Future-proofing for Unforeseen IT Challenges

This client acquired an additional company in the same industry with different management systems. Anticipating the need for a unified system, we developed a Remote Desktop solution.

Little did we know that in March 2020, COVID-19 would strike the UK.

When the pandemic hit, our client turned to us for a work-from-home solution. Anticipating the clients rapid expansion, we were already building the remote system for them and in just a week, implemented it and trained their 50 users.

Today, the staff work in the office some days and from home the rest of the week. The Managing Director, who is frequently abroad, can remain connected remotely, accessing vital company information effortlessly and in complete control of operations.
